Hotels in Makkah and Madinah

Distance to the Haram, premium segment: ≤ 300 m
Distance to the Haram, standard segment: ≤ 700 m
Distance to the Haram, economy segment: ≤ 1,500 m, or shuttle every 15 minutes
Housekeeping: daily; fresh linen at check-in and every third day
Breakfast: halal, included; early service on departure days
Group check-in: rooming list processed before arrival; keys for a full group within 30 minutes
Lifts and accessibility: lifts sufficient for prayer-time peaks; low-floor rooms for elderly pilgrims on request
Response to Atlas coordinator: ≤ 30 minutes, 24/7
Documents: valid licence and classification certificate, copies on file

Vehicle age: ≤ 5 years
Air conditioning: working, checked before every trip
Driver: licensed; Arabic and English
Pickup punctuality: ± 15 minutes
Response to Atlas coordinator: ≤ 30 minutes, 24/7
Luggage: one large bag and one hand bag per pilgrim; Zamzam water on airport transfers
Insurance: valid, copy on file

Seat blocks: confirmed per season, 90 days before the first departure
Routes: ALA, NQZ, CIT to JED and MED; direct or one stop
Baggage: checked bag per pilgrim; Zamzam water accepted on the return flight
Group check-in: dedicated counters for groups of 40 and more
Schedule changes: notice to Atlas within 30 minutes of a change
Delays: meals and hotel for the group after 4 hours, as per the carrier’s policy

Licence: Nusuk registration valid for the season, copy on file
Languages: Arabic and English; Russian or Kazakh for group contact is an advantage
Reporting: daily status for every group to the Atlas coordinator
Response to Atlas coordinator: ≤ 30 minutes, 24/7
Airport meet and assist: staff at the gate before the group lands
Insurance: valid, copy on file
