Apply
Fill in the form: category, capacity, and an indicative price if you wish. It takes five minutes.

Review
We reply within 2 business days. If the profile fits, we ask for documents and a rate sheet for the season.

Trial group
One group, the full cycle, and written feedback from the coordinator and the guide.

Contract
An annual contract with seasonal volumes. Allocation and payment schedule are fixed in it.

Payment terms

Atlas is a licensed tour operator with sixteen years of settlement history. The terms below are the frame; the figures are set in each contract.

Prepayment: A deposit on signing the contract, and the balance before each group arrives, on the schedule fixed in the contract.
Payment term: Invoices are settled by bank transfer within the term stated in the contract. No payment is left open across seasons.
Currency: USD or SAR, as agreed in the contract.
Documents: Contract, invoices and acts in English; Arabic on request.

What is the minimum volume to work with Atlas?: There is no fixed minimum. A hotel with 30 rooms and a fleet of five buses both fit a trial group. Volume grows with the contract.
Which languages do you work in?: English and Arabic for contracts and daily coordination. Russian and Kazakh inside the team.
Which documents do you ask for?: Licence or Nusuk registration, insurance, a rate sheet per season, and bank details. Copies are enough at the review stage.
Do you require exclusivity?: No. We ask for confirmed capacity in the seasons agreed by contract.
Who is the contact on the Atlas side?: One coordinator for your category. Named in the contract, available 24/7 while a group is with you.
Do you work with agents?: We contract with the operator of the hotel, fleet or service. Agents are welcome when they hold the contract and the responsibility.
How fast do you decide?: A reply within 2 business days, a trial group within one season, a contract after it.
